首日带教法在皮肤科护生教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:了解首日带教法在皮肤科护生教学的效果,以提高临床教学质量。方法:将130名护生随机分为两组,在4周~6周的实习中,对照组按常规护生到科室第1天开始一对一跟班实习;观察组护生到科室第一天由经验丰富的带教组长进行操作示范和理论授课及专科图片展示,第二天开始一对一跟班实习。实习结束后进行效果评价。结果:观察组理论、操作考试均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组护生对带教方法满意率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:首日带教法对皮肤科护生教学有积极的作用,能提高护生的实习质量。 Objective To study the effect of first-day teaching method in dermatology teaching for nursing students,and improve the quality of clinical teaching.Methods 130 nursing students were randomly divided into 2 groups.Students in control group were arranged routine one-to-one attendant practice.While students in experimental group were arranged experts' operational demonstration and theoretical teaching and picture exhibition in first day.After 4 to 6 weeks,the results were evaluated.Results The scores of theory and operation test of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group(P〈0.05).And the students' satisfaction rate was significantly different between these two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion The first day teaching method had active role in clinical dermatology teaching,which can improve the quality of nursing students' practice.
