摘要
本文对利用当前通用的计算机多媒体技术测量激光光斑进行了理论分析、软件设计和实验研究。使用流行的多媒体图像输入硬件———USB接口数码摄像头进行图像采集,由于摄像头直接输出数字化的图像及视频流,从而省掉专用的数据采集卡。利用VC编程,调用摄像头进行图像采集,将获取的JPG图像和AVl视频流解码,并在输出设备上绘制三维强度曲面图。软件设计中调用了多媒体领域的一些公开的函数库或软件如Direct Show和Open GL,从而使软件实现高的运行速度和操作系统对程序的支持。实验证明该方案能实现激光光斑测量的功能,并在640×480分辨率条件下获得每秒约3次的测量速度。
In this paper,the method of utilizing contemporary universal multimedia computer technology in laser spot detection was studied by theoretical analysis,programme design and experiment.The popular multimedia imaging hardware,USB-port digital camera,was used as image-acquisition device.As the digital camera's output is digitalized image or video stream,the professional image-acquisition card can be discarded.Programmed by MSVC,the software communicates directly with the camera,decodes the JPG image and AVI video stream,and draws the 3-D intensity curve in the output device.The software was coded with the popular APIs as Direct Show and OpenGL to ensure the high operation speed and compatibility.Proved by experiment,this method functions well in laser spot detection and achieves the measurement speed of 3fps under 640*480 resolution.
