摘要
通过引入缺陷和色散介质方法,调控光子的运动状态,研究一种〔A(BC)〕m结构负折射率光子晶体的TE波和TM波的传输特性和色散特性,得到两种模的色散特性随入射角变化而变化规律,并且其带隙比普通光子晶体的大,而透射带要窄。通过运用传统计算电磁场与电磁波传播的FDTD方法及PML边界条件来仿真〔A(BC)〕m结构光子晶体光纤TM波和TE波的传输模式,研究发现〔A(BC)〕m结构光子晶体光纤模场分布与传统光子晶体光纤相似,但模场形状比传统光子晶体光纤的要好,更接近圆形,实现光在光子晶体光纤中传播的可视化。
Through the introduction of defects and methods of dispersion medium, control the photon state of motion,study a kind of(A(BC))m structure of photonic crystals with negative refractive index TE wave and TM wave propagation and dispersion characteristics,we found the Change of two dispersion properties of modules with the incident angle.And its band gap is bigger than conventional photonic crystals,the transmission belt more anarrow.With using the traditional FDTD electromagnetic field-wave propagation method and PML boundary conditions,simulate the(A(BC))m photonic crystal fiber TM wave and TE wave transmission model,found(A(BC))m the mode field distributions of photonic crystal fiber is similar to conventional photonic crystal fiber,but the mode field shape is better than conventional photonic crystal fiber,more nearly circular,and visualize light propagation in photonic crystal fiber.
