671例高血压住院患者用药状况分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析2009年成医附院高血压住院患者降压达标时的用药状况及临床意义。方法:对住院的671例高血压患者在血压达标时所用降压药的情况进行分析。结果:671例患者中联合用药者521例,占用药例数的77.65%,其中两药合用者262例,占用药例数的39.05%,以CCB+ARB(89例)最常见;三药合用者201例,占用药例数的29.96%,以ACEI/ARB+CCB+DA(60例)和ACEI+CCB+β-RB(58例)为主;四种药物联合使用共52例,占用药例数的7.75%,常见的是β-RB+ACEI+DA+DA(17例)和β-RB+ACEI+CCB+DA(14例);五药联合使用共6例,占用药例数的0.89%,为β-RB+ACEI或ARB+CCB+α-RB+DA。单一药物治疗共150例,占用药例数的22.35%,以用CCB类药物的例数最多(93例)。结论:该院的高血压治疗用药基本符合高血压指南,降压达标多需联合用药,以两药合用最常见,次为三药合用。最常见和有效的联合用药方案为ACEI或ARB+CCB;ACEI+CCB+β-RB;ACEI或ARB+CCB+DA。 Objective:To analyze the pharmaceutical choices and clinical significances of antihypertensive drugs for hospitalized patients in First Hospital of Chengdu Medical College in 2009 with hypertension when the blood pressure reaches the normal level.Methods: Utilization of antihypertensive drugs used in 671 hospitalized patients with hypertension when the blood pressure standard were analyzed.Result: 521 Cases in drug combination(77.65%)were obviously higher than 150 cases in single drug(22.35%).262 Cases in a combination of two drugs(39.05%)were obviously higher than 201 cases(29.96%)in that of three drugs,52 cases(7.75%)in four drugs and 6 cases(0.89%)in five drugs.The main program of single-drug is using CCB;The main program of two-drug is using CCB+ARB;The main program of three-drug is using β-RB+CCB+ACEI and ACEI or ARB+CCB+DA;The main program of four-drug and five-drug was β-RB+ACEI+DA+DA and β-RB+ACEI+CCB+DA and β-RB+ACEI or ARB+CCB+α-RB+DA,respectively.Conclusion: The utilization of the antihypertensive drugs is mostly in accordance with the Hypertension Treatment Guidelines.The treatment for hospitalized patients with hypertension needs drug combination and combination of two drugs is the most type.In the antihypertensives combination,ACEI or ARB+CCB;ACEI+CCB+β-RB;ACEI or ARB+CCB+DA are the better choices.
