摘要 目的:探讨睡眠中间歇低氧对大鼠膈肌放电的影响。方法:大鼠分别给予吸入空气,持续低氧和间歇低氧气体,在1d,3d,7d,28d后测定大鼠膈肌放电的情况及采动脉血行血气分析,分析大鼠膈肌放电在不同时期有何不同及其与酸碱平衡之间的关系。结果:与对照组比较,大鼠膈肌放电面积及膈肌放电频率(振幅仅在间歇低氧28d组无统计学差异,间歇低氧组延长低氧时间大鼠膈肌放电面积及膈肌放电频率)振幅增强,持续低氧组则减弱;血气分析仅在28d组HCO3-与对照组比较有统计学差异。结论:不同低氧模式对大鼠膈肌放电的影响不同,延长间歇低氧时间对大鼠膈肌放电抑制作用则减弱,而延长持续低氧时间对膈肌放电的抑制则增强;代谢性因素参与长期低氧对膈肌放电的影响。
