摘要
为明确小麦幼胚形成后叶、旗叶和茎秆含糖量的变化对小麦幼胚退化率的影响,以穗粒数显著差异的5个小麦品种为材料,测定幼胚形成至籽粒发育至乳熟期过程中,茎秆、叶片和旗叶的可溶性总糖、蔗糖和果糖含量。结果表明,幼胚形成至乳熟期,茎秆和叶片中可溶性总糖和蔗糖的变化量以及旗叶的蔗糖和果糖的变化量,与幼胚退化率有关系,幼胚退化率低的品种,这些糖分的变化量较高。
The contents of fructose,sucrose and total soluble sugar in stem and leaf during the stage from the embryo formation to the full filling grain were measured with five spring wheat cultivars(lines) divergent significantly in kernels per ear and grain degenerating ratio,reveal the influence of the change of sugar content in different organs to the degenerating ratio of the juvenile embryo during the embryo formation in spring wheat.The results showed that the variation range of sucrose and total soluble sugar in stem and leaf,that of fructose and sucrose in flag leaf were relevant to the juvenile embryo degenerating ratio during the stage from the embryo formation to the full filling grain.The variation range of those sugars was found to be larger in the cultivars with lower embryo degenerating ratio.
