摘要
研究了GA3处理对分蘖洋葱春化作用的影响,探讨适于分蘖洋葱进行有性生殖的最适赤霉素浓度。结果表明,经GA3处理后,分蘖洋葱的各项生理生化指标均高于对照组。经浓度为500 mg.L-1的GA3处理后,分蘖洋葱中的可溶性糖含量比对照组增高了127.78%,可溶性蛋白质含量比对照组增高了83.60%,C/N比值比对照组提高了36.74%,POD的活性比对照组增高了34.87%,GA3处理对分蘖洋葱春化效果有促进作用,500 mg.L-1为分蘖洋葱进行有性生殖的最适GA3浓度。
This experiment mainly focuses on the research of GA3 treatment for bolting and flowering of tillered-onion.Tillered-onion were treated by different concentrations of GA3 for two months,then they were planted in greenhouse.The samples of leaves were collected for biochemistry analysis.The results showed that,after GA3 tillered-onion,the physiological and biochemical indices were higher than those in the control groups.After the treatment of 500 mg·L-1 GA3,tillered-onion soluble sugar content increased 1.28 times than control group,the soluble protein content was 83.6% higher than the control group,the C/N ratio was 36.74% higher than the control group,the activity of POD increased 34.87% than the control group.The results confirmed that the 500 mg·L-1 of GA3 treatment was the optimal concentration for sexual reproduction of tillered-onion.
