农村电力综合语音服务系统的构建

Construction of rural power voice service system

语音服务虽然在电力行业中有应用,但大都集中在大的电力企业。而针对县级电力企业来说语音服务应用很少,技术不成熟,功能不完善,服务比较单一,不能满足实际工作的要求。文章结合县级电业局的实际情况及电力客户的需求,采用计算机板卡解决方案,以电话语音卡为硬件支持,基于多线程技术,设计实现了适合县级电力企业发展的语音服务系统。经过实际运行,系统运行稳定,运行成本低、效率高,完全适合县级电力企业的应用。

Voice services,though there are applications in the power industry,but are concentrated in the large power companies.And for the county＇s rural electricity enterprises,few voice services is applied,and technology is immature,function is imperfect and service is simple,which can not meet the actual requirements for county＇s rural electricity enterprises.In this paper,the county-level power enterprises voice service system was designed and implemented,which was according to the actual situation of county electric power bureau and electricity customers,using a computer card solution,telephony cards for hardware support,based on multi-threading technology.Through actual operation,the system is running stable,low cost,high efficiency,which is suited to county-level power enterprise applications.
