Obesity and the associated metabolic disorder have been the worldwide public healthy problems. The development of obesity and the process of losing weight are associated with the intestine microbiota.Recent literatures indicate that the intestine microbiota dysbiosis and the low grade inflamationary have been two main factors affect the development of obestiy and the related metabolic disorder. The present review focused on recent studies on how intestine microbiota affected host metabolism and energy storage. It also reviewed the interplay between obesity, intestine microbiota, low grade inflamationary.Considering the functions of the probiotics, probiotics approach appeared as a potential interesting treatment to control the obesity linked to gut microbiota dysbiosis and the metabolic disorder related to obesity.
