摘要
联合数字参考咨询蓬勃发展,咨询团队是促进其发展的重要组织形式。文章从咨询人员个人、咨询团队、咨询服务规范、用户反馈、考核与奖励制度等五个方面,提出优化咨询团队效能的策略。具体包括:加强培训,提高咨询人员的业务水平;加强团队沟通,建立知识共享氛围;制定咨询服务行为规范,提高服务质量;拓宽渠道,获得用户反馈和支持;激励得当,建立合理的考核与奖励制度等。
Cooperative Digital Reference Service (CDRS) develops rapidly. Reference team becomes the important organization for digital reference. The paperr puts forward some strategies from five aspects in order to improve team effectiveness. These strategies specifically include strengthening the training to improve business skills, encouraging communication and knowledge sharing, formulating behavior standards and improving the service quality, exploring more ways to obtain feedback and support from the users, building a reasonable evaluation and reward system, etc.
