摘要
从公关学角度看,政府开展的一切内政和外交活动都可以看作是公关活动,学术界称之为政府公关,其间蕴含着深刻的哲理。从哲学的视角探析公共关系,不失为一种新颖的研究方法———公关哲学。新中国成立后,以哲学大师著称的毛泽东,把哲学方法运用于政府公关实践中,为公关学与哲学的完美结合树立了光辉的典范。
From a PR viewpoint, all of internal affairs and foreign relations by government can be thought of as PR affairs, which is called government PR in the academic circles and involves a profound philosophical thinking. Exploring PR from the viewpoint of philosophy can be regarded as a new method - the philosophy of PR. After the foundation of new China, Mao Zedong, the great master, is well known for philosophy and applies philosophical methods to the practice of government PR, and set up a shining example on the complete combination of PR science and philosophy.
