从《人生礼赞》译本看经典之流变

On Classical Changes from Translations of A Psalm of Life

《人生礼赞》是美国诗人朗费罗的经典之作,也是第一首被译介到中国的英语诗歌。从清朝至今已有数十个中文译本陆续出现,期间历经一个多世纪的流变。文章以朗费罗此篇经典诗作的不同译本为研究对象,从历史、文化、美学等多方面的因素探讨经典译介流变之原因。

As a masterpiece of American poet Longfellow, A Psalm of Life is considered as the first English poem introduced to China. From the Qing Dynasty to today, dozens of Chinese translation versions have come into being, and great changes have taken place to these translations during the period. Setting different translations of A Psalm of Life as study object, this paper tries to analyze reasons of classical changes from historical, cultural and aesthetic aspects.
