摘要
为了解决水镁石纤维的加入使水泥混凝土的流动性差,导致其无法充分发挥其增韧作用的问题,通过混凝土坍落度试验,利用灰色关联分析方法分别研究了水镁石纤维等级、用量、减水剂种类、减水剂纤维比等因素对水泥混凝土工作性能的影响。结果表明,对水镁石纤维混凝土影响程度最大的是水灰比和纤维长径比(水镁石纤维等级),其次是减水剂纤维比,影响最小的是纤维掺量;随纤维用量增加,混凝土的流动性降低;具有较大的长径比和较小的表面积的水镁石纤维有利于混凝土的工作性;水镁石纤维混凝土宜采用纤维悬浮液粘度低的减水剂。
Because of poor working performance of concrete after the addition of brucite fiber,the effect of fiber reinforcement is not fully exploited.In order to solve this problem,the effect of grade,dosage,water reducer and superplasticizer fiber ratio on working performance of cement concrete were analyzed by the concrete slump test and gray relation analysis.The results showed that the factors are sorted by effect as follows: W/Cslenderness ratiosuperplasticizer fiber ratiofiber dosage.The working performance decreases with the increase of fiber dosage.The fiber of high aspect ratio and low superficial area benefits the working performance of the fiber concrete.The superplasticizer which has low viscosity of fiber suspension should be used in the brucite fiber concrete.
