摘要
作为支持电网企业依据应急预案对突发事件进行综合应急处置的各类软硬件系统的平台,电力应急指挥系统具有综合性和智能化的特点,而电力应急指挥综合视讯管理系统作为该平台的重要组成部分,担负着实时监视、摄像机监视、灯光控制、手动录像、抓拍图片等功能;分析了该系统在深圳供电局的应用情况,分析结果表明其统一性可实现信息资源共享,提高现有设备的利用率,避免重复建设,将其应用于第26届世界大学生运动会也会取得巨大的经济效益。
As a platform of various software and hardware systems for comprehensive emergency treatment on emergent events by power grid enterprises in accordance with contingency plan,power emergency command system is characterized by comprehensiveness and intelligence.As an important part of the platform,the integrated video management system for power emergency command is responsible for real-time monitoring,camera monitoring,light control,manual video recording,and image capture etc.The application of the system in Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau is analyzed and it is indicated that system entity enables sharing of information resources,promotion of facility utilization,and avoidance of redundant constructions as well as great economic benefits if applied in the 26th Universiade.
