深圳新区电网电压序列优化的研究

摘要 为满足深圳城市中心区以及新开发区负荷密度快速增长的需求,解决现有配电线路重载、满载、线损趋升难降、线路通道不敷需求的问题,按照"简化电压等级、减少变压层次、优化网络结构"的指导原则,结合城市高负荷密度的特点,提出优化电压序列优化的备选方案,并采用对比分析的方法从技术和经济2方面分析各备选方案的利弊,得出直接采用220 kV/20 kV电压等级的方案可以提高电网输送能力,减低线路损耗,更适合在预期最终负荷密度超过30 MW/km2的城区推广应用的结论。 For meeting the need of booming load density in new development zones and center of Shenzhen city,problems of present distribution networks such as overload,full load,difficulty in descending line loss,insufficiency in line channels as requested need to be solved.In accordance with the such guiding principle as "Simplification of Voltage Class,Reduction of Power Transformation Levels and Optimization of Network Structure" and in combination with the characteristic of high load density in cities,an alternative scheme for optimization of contact potential series is proposed;furthermore,merits and demerits of each alternative scheme are comparatively analyzed in terms of technology and economy.It is concluded that the adoption of 220 kV/20 kV contact potential series scheme can promote transmitting capacity of power networks,reduce line loss,and it is especially applicable to be extended and employed in areas where the expected final load density exceeds 30 MW/km2.
