Simultaneous Determination of Three saponins in the Seeds of Allium Fistulosum by HPLC-ELSD Method

目的:为葱子药材质量控制提供一种多成分同时在线检测的分析方法。方法:应用高效液相色谱蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)同时测定葱子药材中三个皂苷的含量。结果:皂苷A、B、C分别在73.4～1175.00μg/mL(r=0.9996)、96.25～1540.00μg/mL(r=0.9991)、110.00～1760.00μg/mL(r=0.9991)浓围内呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为99.53%,99.08%,99.17%。结论:该方法分析时间短、专属性好、准确度高,可用于综合评价葱子药材的质量。

Objective： To provide a multi - component analysis method of the on - line detection for the quality control of the Seeds of Allium Fistulosum. Methods： Simultaneous determination of three saponins in the Seeds of Allium Fistulosum using HPLC - ELSD method. Results： They showed a good linear relationship at range of 73. 4 - 1175. 00 μg/mL （ r = 0. 9996）, 96. 25 - 1540. 00μg/mL （r =0. 9991 ）, 110. 00 - 1760. 00μg/mL （ r = 0. 9991 ） for saponins A, B, C respectively; The average recovery was 99. 53%, 99. 08%, 99. 17%. Conclusions： The method is peculiar with a good reproducibility, which can be used for the qualitative evaluation of the Seeds of Allium Fistulosum.
