摘要
目的:考察人参皂苷Rg1的溶血作用。方法:参照2010版《中国药典》中"溶血"检查法。结果:1%、2%、3%的人参皂苷Rg1对红细胞无溶血作用。结论:长期大剂量静脉给人参皂苷Rg1还需谨慎。
Objective： To discuss the hemolysis effect of ginsenoside Rgl. Methods： Hemolytic test was performed according to the 2010ed Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Results： Ginsenoside Rgl has no hemolysis effect during the concention between 1% and 3%. Conclusion： It is important to cautious to intravenous Ginsenoside Rgl for long time and high dose.
