在知识和经济时代,文化越来越成为民族凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉,而和谐文化是全体人民团结进步的重要精神支撑,是我们实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,是社会主义和谐社会建设的根本和应有之义。本文就图书馆和谐文化的含义以及图书馆在和谐文化建设中的作用作了详细的论述和分析。

Culture has become the important sources of creativity and cohesiveness of the nation,and it also become one of the important factors of competition of comprehensive national strength in this knowledge and economic era.A harmonious cultural construction is the important support of the spirit of unity and progress of all the people,and is the goal of achievement of well-off society,it is the fundamentality of socialist harmonious society and inherent meaning of it.Libraries as preservation of culture and dissemination of culture are important window and it is institution which has radioactive nature of the scientific and culture.In this paper,the meaning of harmonious culture library and library in the role of harmonious cultural construction were discussed and analyzed in detail.
