动力学因素和药箱充满程度对喷雾机液力搅拌器搅拌效果的影响 被引量:8

摘要 农药的喷施质量在农业生产中极为重要,评价农药喷施质量的重要指标是农药有效物质在喷施靶标上的均匀沉积分布,其前提条件是农药有效物质与载体从喷洒部件喷出前就要搅拌均匀。针对邯农-650型大田喷杆式喷雾机的药箱,对影响搅拌效果的动力学因素及药箱充满程度进行了研究。结果表明,当其他参数确定后,加大搅拌压强或流量,搅拌效果都明显改善,但加大流量比加大压强的效果要好;药箱中药液装得越满,越易搅拌均匀,充满程度越小,越不易搅拌均匀。 The good quality of pesticide application in agricultural production is very important. One of the important indexes for evaluating the application quality is the even distribution of chemicals on targets. And the well mixing spray in the tank before applying is prerequisite.The dynamic factors and the filling level in the tank of sprayers which influence the efficacy of agitation were studied on the tank of a Hannong 650 field sprayer. It was discovered: the efficacy of agitation was improved both by the increase of the flow rate and the working pressure of back flow, and the efficacy of the increasing flow rate seemed better than that of the increasing working pressure. And the more filling of spray in the tank was the more well mixing of spray would be, and vice versa.
