摘要
目前,新建本科院校正处于转型与过渡时期,在校园文化建设上仍面临许多问题与困难。新建本科院校应在统筹全局的基础上,以科学的办学定位为导向,以精神文化建设为重点,以全员参与为基石,推动校园文化建设。
Presently the many newly established universities in China are in a transition period. Their campus culture construction faces many problems and difficulties. They should press ahead the construction based on overall planning together with scientific school positioning orientation, emphasis on spiritual culture development and basis of all member participation.
