南海西部油田低渗透储层防水锁技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对南海西部文昌油田珠海组二段和涠洲油田流三段低孔低渗储层存在比较严重的的水锁损害问题,优化出了一种新型防水锁剂——SATRO,其主要组分为氟碳表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、两性孪连表面活性剂、有机硅消泡抑泡剂等。SATRO能有效降低溶液的表面张力和界面张力,且抗温抗盐性能好,起泡能力低;加有防水锁剂SATRO的完井液能有效减少低渗油气层"水锁损害",对低渗油气层具有良好的保护效果。 In allusion to the serious problems of water lock in the 2nd member of Zhuhai Formation of Wenchang Oilfield and 3rd member of Liuhua Formation in Weizhou Oilfield in the west of South China Sea,a novel anti-water lock agent SATRO was developed,its major compositions included fluorocarbon surfactant,non-ion surfactant,zwitter twining surfactant,organosilicon debubbling agent.SATRO can be used to effectively reduce the surface and interface tension of solutions with good temperature and salt resisting properties and low bubbling property,The well completion fluid added with SATRO can effectively reduce the damage of water lock in low permeability reservoirs and good effect is obtained for low permeability reservoir protection.
