中原油田水平井水力喷射压裂技术研究及应用 被引量:6

摘要 根据中原油田深层低渗油藏具有油藏类型多,构造复杂、断块小,低渗、非均质性强的特点,开展了水平井技术研究,从水平井压裂选井选段、水平井水力喷射分段压裂机理、水力喷砂射孔参数优化设计、水力喷砂射孔分段压裂工艺等几方面进行了研究并在现场进行了试验。现场应用5口井,成功率100%,开抽2口井,有效率100%,增产效果良好。为中原油田其他区块深层高压低渗油气藏水平井压裂改造工艺的实施奠定了基础。 Based on characters of reservoirs with more types,complicated structure,small fault-block,low permeability,serious heterogeneity in Zhongyuan Oilfield,technical study was conducted on horizontal wells.Experiments were carried out on the selection of horizontal wells,the mechanism of sectional fracturing,the parameter optimization design of perforation by hydraulic jet,its sectional fracturing techniques and field test were performed.It is used in 5 wells with success rate of 100%,it is effective of production increase.It provides a basis for horizontal well fracturing and reconstruction for reservoirs with high pressure and low permeability in Zhongyuan Oilfield and other blocks.
