摘要 针对高温油藏增加可采储量的要求,通过室内试验和数值模拟研究了AMPS(2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸)聚合物驱提高原油采收率的机理和能力。室内试验显示AMPS聚合物驱油体系较常规聚合物体系在高温条件下增粘能力强、粘度保留率高;岩心驱替试验证实在L21高温油藏下AMPS聚合物驱油体系驱油效果明显好于常规聚合物体系,能够满足高温油藏大幅度提高原油采收率的要求。通过数值模拟优化L21先导性试验区注采参数,预计可提高采收率6.58%,增加可采储量6.7×104t。 The EOR mechanism and capacity of AMPS polymer flooding were studied by laboratory simulation to improve the productivity of high temperature reservoirs.The laboratory study shows that AMPS polymer has higher viscosity and better resistance than ordinary polymers at high temperature.The experiment of core flooding demonstrates that AMPS polymer has a better recovery than ordinary polymers at the high temperature in Block Li-21,which can meet the needs of EOR significantly.The production and injection parameters in Block Li-21 were optimized by simulation,it is predicted that recovery could be enhanced by 6.58%,6.7×104t recoverable reserves would be raised by AMPS polymer flooding.
