针对房屋建筑工程中常见缺陷进行了探讨,分别阐述了屋面防水、噪声处理、墙体裂缝等缺陷的弥补措施,指出在房屋建筑工程施工过程中应认真按照建筑规范进行施工管理,防患于未然,保证建筑工程质量。

This paper discussed the common defects in housing construction project,respectively elaborated the remedial measures of roof waterproof,noise processing,wall cracks and other defects,pointed out that in the process of housing project construction,building codes should be in serious accordance with the construction management,nip in the bud,ensured the quality of construction projects.
