结合自身工作经验,针对目前监理从业人员的现状及真实水平进行了介绍,并分析了造成这种现状的原因,着重阐述了如何提高监理工程师的素质,提出了三种学习方法,以期指导实践。

Combining with self working experience,it describes status and real level of temporary supervisors,analyzes causes,and describes how to improve their quality,and puts forward three kinds of learning method,with a view to guide practice.
