项目总监履职中的两重性

结合自身工作实践及《建设工程监理规范》相关规定,提出了项目总监履职的"两重性",并作了较为具体的阐述,以期提高项目总监在履职中的意识和自觉性,做好建设监理工作。

Combining with self working practice and relevant rules of Construction Engineering Supervision Norms,it proposes project director＇s ＂duality＂ in the duty performance,and makes specific illustration,with a view to improves project director＇s consciousness and self-consciousness in the duty performance,and to do better in construction supervision.
