结合建设工程监理规范相关规定,探讨了如何培养青年总监的素质,从技术能力、协调能力、职业道德三方面入手进行了具体阐述,指出应熟悉相关技术标准、法律法规、建立良好的人际关系,并严格遵守职业道德。

Combining with relevant provisions of construction engineering supervision norms,this paper discussed how to cultivate youth chief inspector＇s quality,made specific elaboration from technical ability,coordinated ability,professional ethics three aspects,pointed out that youth chief inspector should be familiar with the relevant technical standard,laws and regulations,establish a good interpersonal relationship,and strictly abide by the professional ethics.
