This thesis studies hot topic influencing national welfare——the continuous rising housing price,analyzes housing price rising causes from three aspects of government adjusting policy,developer＇s supply,and consumer＇s need,and proposes feasible proposals for controlling housing price rising,with a view to provide guidance for sustainable healthy development of domestic residential market.
