根据经验及自身理解,结合实验室资质认定规范,从实验室资质认定的必要性,资质认定的前期工作,资质认定的现场评审几个方面进行了探讨,确定了实验室进行资质认定的必要性;对新成立实验室从实验室建立到质量体系运行进行了阐述;探讨了现场评审的程序以及注意事项,对实验室资质认定的相关人员具有一定指导意义。

On the basis of experience and own understanding,combining with laboratory aptitude standard,this paper made discussion from the necessity of laboratory aptitude,previous work of aptitude,on-the-spot appraisal of aptitude several aspects,determined the necessity of laboratory aptitude,made elaboration to newly established laboratory from the lab establish to quality system operation,discussed the program of on-the-spot appraisal and matters needing attention,had some guiding significance to laboratory aptitude personnel.
