Measures of Guangzhou Metro for Passenger' s Organization during the Asian Games

第16届亚运会、亚残运会期间,广州市实施免费公共交通政策,所有广州市民、外地乘客均可享受免费搭乘地铁服务,地铁线网承受了超常规大客流压力。重点分析了亚运会免费政策实施期间,广州地铁在客运组织方面存在的难点。介绍了采取多举措完善客流控制、全方位组织客运演练、定时启动网控措施、重点把控客运安全关键节点、与属地政府实施联动、引导市民理性出行、搭建快捷信息立体发布体系等应对措施。

During the 16th Asian Games and Asian Para Games, Guangzhou City has launched a free transportation policy,which offers a free-riding for all the local citizens and visitors in Guangzhou on bus and subway lines for 30 working days. Therefore, the transportation network of Guangzhou Metro has been overloaded with an enormous passenger pressure. This paper focuses on the difficulty in passengers＇ organization and the measures to deal with any problems caused by the free transportation policy during the Asian Games.
