摘要
西双版纳保护区约有种子植物１７２科，９１３属，２５２０种，生物多样性极其丰富。从科级、属级，地理分布类型进行分析，该保护区生物地理属于印度—马来亚界，华南区第１０单元泰国季雨林，第１０亚单元云南热带，是印度—马来亚界的分布北界，具有明显的热带雨林向亚热带常绿阔叶林过渡的特点，具有热带北缘性质，区系上具有古老性，生物多样性。珍稀濒危种类在全国有独特的重要地位，特有属少，特有种在系统位置上较年轻，古特有性不强。
There are 2520 species of spermatophytes belonging to 172 families and 913 genera in Xishuangbanna nature reserve.The biological diversity is very rich.The analysis on family,genus and distribution indicates that the biogeographical realm of Xishuangbanna nature reserve belongs to Indomalesian kingdom,south China area,Thailand monsoon forest unit and Yunnan tropics subunit.That is the north of Indomalesian kingdom.The biogeographical distribution of Xishuangbanna nature reserve has obvious features of transition from tropical rain forest to subtropical evergreen broadleaved forest.It is located on the northern fringe of tropics.The spermatophyta flora of Xishuangbanna nature reserve is palaeogenetic and diverse.The rare and endangered species in the reserve holds an important role.The number of endemic genus is little.The endemic species holds a young position in systematic evolution,and the palaeoendemic characteristics is not significant.
