基于新技术的服务营销管理创新研究 被引量:6

摘要 由于信息技术与互联网技术的应用,服务营销管理模式发生了巨大的变化。本文以服务营销管理金字塔模型为依据,从理论和实践方面阐述了新技术引发的服务企业外部营销、互动营销和内部营销管理的新变化,并描述了各种服务营销管理新模式的特点及其应用现状。
