摘要
为了实现综合环境试验离心机的精确配平,设计了同步带传动来实现配重块在两根拉力带上的同步移动。同步带传动由电机—减速器、梯形齿同步带、小带轮、大带轮和张紧轮等组成。分析了同步带传动的压轴力和力矩传递状况,研究了同步带的传动精度。结果表明:同步带传动能实现离心机配平系统的平稳、精确调整。
In order to trim combined environmental test centrifuge accurately,the synchronous belt transmission is designed to move the trim block in two tensile belts.The synchronous belt transmission comprises motor-reducer,trapezoidal synchronous belt,small pulley,big pulleys and tensioners.The axial force and the moment of synchronous belt transmission are analyzed.The transmission precision is also researched.The results indicate that synchronous belt transmission can realize adjustment of trimming system of the centrifuge steadily and accurately.
