浅析高职学校教师入职评价指标体系的构建 被引量:2

摘要 构建教师评价指标体系是高职学校加强师资队伍内涵建设的一个支点,也是实现高职院校从传统人事管理向战略性人力资源管理转型的关键,而教师入职评价指标体系是教师评价指标体系的一个重要部分。文章通过构建高职学校教师胜任力模型,并以其为基础,构建高职教师入职评价指标体系。
