甘薯主要数量性状的相关分析及通径分析 被引量:1

摘要 对17份甘薯种质资源的9个主要数量性状进行相关分析和通径分析。结果表明:薯块产量与茎粗、茎分枝数间呈极显著的简单正相关关系,而与藤薯比、淀粉含量间呈极显著的简单负相关关系,与最长蔓长、茎分枝数呈显著的偏正相关关系,与节间长、藤薯比呈显著偏负相关关系;淀粉含量则与薯块产量呈简单负相关关系。最长蔓长、茎粗、茎分枝数、茎叶产量对薯块产量具有较高的直接正向效应,而节间长、藤薯比则具有较高的直接负向效应。茎粗、茎分枝数、茎叶产量、叶片大小对薯块产量具有较高的间接正效应,而藤薯比、节间长、淀粉含量则对薯块产量具有较高的间接负效应。 Nine quantitative traits of 17 germplasm of sweet potato were conducted simple correlation analysis and path analysis.The results showed that there was significant simple positive correlation between the root tubers yield and the thickness of branch,ramification number.there was significant simple negative correlation between the root tubers yield and T/R and starch content,there was significant partial positive correlation between the root tubers yield and the longest length of branch and the number of vine branches,there was significant partial negative correlation between the root tubers yield and the longest length of branch and T/R.There was simple negative correlation between the starch content and the root tubers yield.The longest length of branch,the thickness of branch,ramification number,stem leaves production had high immediacy positive correlation to root tubers yield,whereas internodes length,T/R had high immediacy negative correlation to root tubers yield.Thickness of branch,ramification number,stem leaves production,leaves size had high indirect positive correlation to root tubers yield.Whereas ratio of vines and root tubers,internodes length,starch content had high indirect negative correlation to root tubers yield.
