摘要
以地方特色品种新城细毛山药为试材,研究了零余子的大小和形态特征与其繁育特性的关系,同时研究了豆栽子的大小和形态特征及其生产特性。结果表明:零余子的大小直接影响着豆栽子的大小,不同处理间差异显著,其中零余子的单粒重起主导作用。对豆栽子的研究表明,单株重决定山药块茎产品大小。在进行良种繁育时,应特别注意淘汰过小的零余子,尽量不用低于50g的豆栽子。
The local feature yam variety ＇Xinchengximao＇was selected for the test.The relations between its tubercle size,morphological characters and breeding properties were studied.Meanwhile the variety was used to elucidate the size and morphological characters of first seedling tuber and their production features.The results showed that the size of tubercle had direct influence on the size of first seedling tuber,and there were significant differences among the treatments.The weight of tubercle was the major factor.As for the first seedling tuber,its weight decided the size of product tuber.So while in the breeding,it should be careful to eliminate the too small tubercles,and not to use those seedling tubers that the weight of one was below 50 g as far as possible.
