三角梅组培苗试管内外生根研究

Study on the in vitro and ex vitro Rooting for Test-tube Seedlings of Bougainvillea glabra

以紫花三角梅和紫红重瓣三角梅组培苗为试材,研究其在试管内、外的生根情况。结果表明:试管内生根以1/4MS+IBA 1.5mg/L+NAA 0.05mg/L处理的生根情况最好,生根率为92.53%,平均生根数量11条,平均根长4.75cm;试管外的生根率为43%。

Using test-tube seedlings of Bougainvillea glabra as test materials,the rooting of Bougainvillea glabra in vitro and ex vitro was researched.The results indicated that the rooting of Bougainvillea glabra in vitro was best when treated with 1/4 MS＋IBA 1.5 mg/L＋NAA 0.05 mg/L.In this condition,the rate of rooting was 92.53%,the average number of roots was 11,and the average length was 4.75 cm,while the rate of rooting ex vitro was 43%.
