Research on Data Acquisition and Communication Technology in CNC Equipment Based on OPC Technology

在面向对象的程序设计平台上,开发标准的用于过程控制的OPC数据访问客户端,访问西门子840D数控系统的OPC数据存储服务器,读取数控系统的数据。将采集到的数据一方面存储到本地关系数据库,以初步诊断数控设备故障;另一方面,通过Web Service技术,将其发送给远程故障诊断平台,供集成有专家系统的远程故障诊断平台做进一步的分析和诊断,从而准确地诊断出数控设备故障发生的原因。

On object-oriented programming platform, a standard OPC data access client application is developed, and accesses to OPC data access Server in the Siemens 840D CNC system, then stores the data into the local relational database, so as to diagnose the fault of the NC equipment preliminary. At the same time, the data is sent to the remote fault diagnosis platform for further analysis and diagnosis through Web Service, thus the fault of the NC equipment can be diagnosed accurately.
