摘要
在钻井作业中井深计数器是最重要的传感器之一,但井深计数器安装在绞车轴端,必须布设通往司钻房的数据线,同时还必须布设较长的电源线,这使得井深计数器的布线复杂,不利于钻机的搬迁,也造成现场设备安装维护的困难。利用自供电技术和无线传输技术设计新型的井深计数器,使井深计数器具有节能的特点。其结构更加简单、紧凑,大大提高该传感器的实用性,对井场传感器的优化设计具有较好的借鉴意义。
The well depth counter is the most important indicators to the drilling operation, however, it is installed on the end of main winch, data lines and power supply cable arrangement to driller control house, which causes the routing to be complex and goes against the drill machine's relocation and the well-site maintenance. It is energy-saving to the new-style well depth counters design by using self-powered and wireless transmission techniques, and that structure is simpler and more compacted, which improves its practicability. The study results provide a reference for the optimal design of well depth counter.
