摘要
运用先进的自动化技术、计算机技术和网络技术是提高地下变电站辅控系统自动化水平并确保监控和管理的安全性的必要手段。方案实施中采用施耐德昆腾系列PLC、美国DiggCom工业控制机、工业以太网作为硬件设计的基本架构,通过引用最新的硬件冗余技术确保了硬件设计上的安全性和先进性;方案软件设计采用Unity3.0编程软件编写PLC控制逻辑,IFIX组态软件开发上位机操作界面,SQLServer数据库作为系统数据库,满足了辅控系统调试、应用过程中对软件扩展灵活性、修改方便性、界面友好性、以及数据处理高效、海量等诸多方面的要求。
Using advanced automation technology, computer technology, and network technology is the way of improving the level of automation used in auxiliary control system of underground substation and also the necessary means to ensure the safety of its monitoring and management. In this case, for ensuring the safety and advance in hardware, we used Schneider Quantum PLC, DiggCom industry control computer and Industrial Ethemet as the framework of the Hardware and designed the whole system by the latest hardware redundancy techniques. And for Software Design, we used Unity3.0 to programe PLC's control logic, IFIX HIM to develop computer operation interface, SQLServer database to develop the system databases. The system we designed has a friendly interface, more flexibility in commissioning and application, and high efficiency in data processing ,etc.
