拟南芥叶形态突变体abl1的筛选及遗传分析 被引量:2

摘要 从拟南芥T-DNA插入突变体库中筛选分离得到一个叶形态不规则突变体abl1(abnormal leaf 1).通过表型分析发现它在生长发育方面与野生型存在显著差异,突变体幼苗真叶长出较野生型晚,叶片较小,其成熟叶片叶缘有明显的缺刻;显微结构分析发现突变体成熟叶片的栅栏组织排列散乱.遗传学分析表明突变位点为单基因隐性突变. A mutant abl1(abnormal leaf 1) was isolated from the Arabidopsis T-DNA insertion mutant library with obvious difference in leaves development,such as rosette leaves of the mutant abl1 formed later than wild-type and the mature leaves were smaller and serrate.Microstructure analysis indicated that the palisade cells of the mutant abl1 were irregular and organized loose and disorderly in inner structure.Genetic analysis found that abl1was a single recessive mutant and cosegregated with T-DAN tag.
