摘要
主要介绍了煤矿井下用长距离、大运量下运带式输送机的设计方法、制动力矩、张紧力的计算和输送带的选择,同时,因为大运量带式输送机的启动特性要求,选取了相应的软启动装置。
The design method of long distance large volume belt conveyor transporting down in coal mines ,the calculation of braking force moment and tightening force and the selection of conveyor belt were introduced,and because of the demand of the startup property of large volume belt conveyor ,a relevant soft start system is chosen.
