摘要
针对JWB型绞车设计了一种电磁制动闸,主要对该制动闸进行了结构设计和功能介绍,并对其制动力进行了校核验算,证明了该制动阀的可靠性。最后,对电磁推杆进行了选型及电路设计,方便了绞车的操作,为绞车的安全制动提供了保障。
A kind of electromagnetic brake is designed for winch of JWB, its structure is designed and its function is introduced later. The braking force is calculated to prove the brake's safe reliability.Last,the model of electromagnetic putter is selected and its circuit is designed ,such facilitate the operation of the winch and provide a guarantee for safe brake of the winch.
