摘要
阐述了主通风机产生噪声的类别,并就噪声的不良影响对通风机进行了结构流道优化设计,利用Fluent 6.0计算流体软件对风机的三维流场进行了模拟分析,同时进行了风机噪声的预估,同时对模拟结果进行了分析,模拟结果有助于了解风机内流场的运动规律,为进一步优化风机结构,降低风机噪声提供了有益的参考价值。
Describes the type of main fan noise, and to the adverse effects of noise on the ventilator flow optimization of structural design, using Fluent 6.0 software for computational fluid fan, the three-dimensional flow field, were simulated and analyzed simultaneously fan noise guesstimation. Meanwhile to the simulation results are analyzed. Simulation results will help understand the fan flow field in the motion law, in order to further optimize structure, reduce the air blower fan noise, and provided the beneficial reference value.
