基于彩色CCD高温锻件的甄别方法

摘要 对高温锻件普朗克辐射光谱特性、背景阳光反射强度光谱特性及普通彩色CCD光谱响应特性进行了分析研究,结果表明,高温锻件辐射强度曲线与背景的阳光反射强度曲线具有交点λ0,当波长λ>λ0时锻件辐射强度大于背景反射强度,为将CCD图像中高温锻件与背景区分开来提供了理论依据;采用衰减阳光强度的方法可使λ0左移,并进入到可见光波长范围,使从普通彩色CCD相机图像中甄别出高温锻件成为可能;采用过滤蓝、绿光,保留红光及增加对比度对图像进行处理的方法可有效实现普通彩色CCD相机对高温锻件的甄别,为其对高温锻件的非接触在线尺寸测量提供新方法。 The high temperature forgings Planck spectrum, background reflecting sunlight intensity spectrum and ordinary color CCD camera spectral response are analyzed and studied. The results show that high temperature forgings radiation intensity curve and sunlight reflecting strength curve of background intersection with a wavelength, the forgings radiation strength is bigger than reflected strength of background when, it provides a theoretical basis for distinguish of high temperature forgings in CCD image; the attenuation of sunlight can move left into visible wavelength range and make it possible for CCD camera to discern high temperature forgings; the screening of forgings can be effectively achieved with common CCD camera by using filtering green, blue and increasing contrast. It provides a new method for non-contact on-line measurement of high temperature forgings.
