摘要
介绍了运用虚拟设计技术,对双质体振动给料机进行三维建模、Visual Basic二次开发、ADAMS仿真及ANSYS有限元分析。实现了三维实体模型的自动更新,从而达到产品的一次性研发成功,降低成本、缩短产品开发周期,增强产品的竞争力。
Introducing use of virtual design technology, the two-mass inertial vibratory feeder for three-dimensional modeling, Visual Basic secondary development, simulation and finite element analysis. Realized three-dimensional solid model automatically update, so as to achieve a successful product development time, reducing costs, shorting development cycles, enhancing competitiveness of products.
