摘要
讨论了多路阀出口压力补偿在定量泵系统中的补偿特性,并运用仿真软件AMEsim对有2个工作回路的定量泵系统搭建仿真模型,根据某型号多路阀确定参数,得出一系列仿真特性结果,旨在说明定量泵系统中出口压力补偿特性原理,合理采用该系统可为某些工程机械液压系统的改进提供一种途径,改善其操控性和节能效果。
Multi-way valves outlet pressure compensation in quantitative pump system of compensation characteristic is discussed, and using simulation software AMEsim to have two working loop quantitative pump system building simulation model, with a certain type multi-way valves determine parameters, draw a series of simulation results, aims at explaining quantitative characteristic of pump system outlet pressure compensation characteristic principle, reasonable using this system for some engineering machinery system improvement provide a way to improve its playability and ener^v saving effect.
