摘要
隔爆开关常使用快开门机构连接隔爆主腔与前门,其操作机构控制前门的运动并起到助力作用。通过SolidWorks三维软件建立实体模型,对常见的几种快开门操作机构进行运动和原理分析,比较其优缺点和适用性,为隔爆柜快开门操作机构的设计和选用提供理论依据。
Flame-proof switch often uses fast open-door mechanism connected flame-proof main cavity and front door, its operating mechanism controls movement of front door and play asisted function. By building solid models using 3D software SolidWorks, this paper analyzes motion and principle of several common fast open-door operating mechanisms, compares their advantages and disadvantages and applicability, provides theoretical bases to fast open-door operating mechanisms of flame-proof switch for designing and selecting.
