摘要
针对目前矿井工作面液压支架压力监测的需求,设计了一套基于CC2430的井下压力监测系统。首先基于系统的应用环境,提出了该监测系统的网络拓扑结构,然后结合井下测试数据,合理安排节点的布置。针对压力采集节点、路由节点、Sink节点的硬件结构,详细阐述了各节点的软件设计,并通过实验测试说明该系统的实用性。
Aimed at requirements for monitoring pressure of hydraulic support in coal face, a pressure monitoring system based on CC2430 is designed. Network topology of monitoring system on account of application environment is proposed. According to wireless communication test data in coal, nodes are laid on reasonable place. In addition,software design of pressure collecting nodes and routing nodes are introduced, also sink node in view of their hardware structures. The practicability of system design is showed by experiments.
