摘要
主要介绍三菱PLC在带式输送机电控系统中的硬件结构和软件设计,阐述了由变频器及PLC技术改造后的自动控制系统。该系统具有操作简单、运行可靠、稳定性好、低能耗和易维护等优点,有推广应用价值。
The application of PLC to the hardware structure and software design of electrical control system for belt conveyor are introduced, the system is described which is constituted by PLC and inverter. The system had advantages on safe operating conditions, good stability, low energy consumption and convenient maintenance, it has the value of popularization and application.
